What we collect

When you call, text, email or fill out a form, we collect what you give us: usually your name, phone number, email, business name and the details of your request.

When you call or text a Service Standard Group number, our phone provider (Twilio) records the phone numbers involved, the time, and the content of text messages.

How we use it

To answer your request, follow up on a missed call or quote, schedule work, send service updates, and provide the services you hire us for.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share phone numbers and message content only with the providers needed to deliver messages (such as Twilio and wireless carriers), or when required by law.

Client data

When we build systems for a business client, any customer data in those systems belongs to that client. We access it only to provide and support the service.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law. It is stored on secured, access-controlled systems.
